Efficacy: Resolving phlegm, relieving cough, moistening the lungs and strengthening the spleen.

Ingredients: Chuanbei, Zhebei, Sea Coconut, Junshan, Yunling,  Dried Sydney, Lily, Tangerine Peel, Candied Date, Fig.

Usage: Add 1 pound of lean meat ( chicken or pork with no skin) , add 10 to 11 bowls ( 2 to 3 litres) cold water. After boiling over a large fire, cook it on medium heat for about 2  hours, cook down to 2, 3 bowls , add seasoning, and drink.
